We’re here to connect youth, family, and friends in our community to resources that help combat suicide through prevention and awareness of mental illness. The resources in this website are meant to be used to learn more about depression and to erase the stigma against mental illness. If you need help, please reach out.

I WANT TO…

GET A FREE COUNSELING SESSION

Remember, you are not alone. Our community has resources to help those who are troubled and may have thoughts of suicide. Take this first step. Pastors and school counselors can offer a free voucher to children in Yellowstone County who are 18 or younger. Please use this link to contact us to request a free voucher. We know one visit will not solve the problem, but it can be a valuable first step to getting help.

STAY CONNECTED WITH STEP IN.

We post regularly on our Facebook feed, where we share articles and resources that can help you, a loved one, or a friend fight depression. We know how difficult it can be to feel like you’re connecting with those who understand what you’re going through. We want to be a resource to help make those connections.

If you’d like to stay up to date on what Step In is doing, and join the conversation, please follow us on social media, and get in touch.
